Netgear Is Expanding Its Range With Orbi Dual-Band

NETGEAR, Inc., a few days ago completes its family of Wi-Fi Orbi systems with Orbi Dual-Band. A new box that will once again aim to cover your entire home on Wi-Fi.

Netgear also announces coverage of 200m² per device. At the heart of the system are two high-performance antennas, a Quad-Core 710 MHz processor.

The speed announced by Netgear Wi-Fi is 1.2Gbps (400 Mbps in 2.4GHz and 800 Mbps for 5GHz). The Netgear Orbi Dual-Band features MU-MIMO and beamforming. And this, to increase at best the range of the signal Wi-Fi and to accentuate the stability of the signal.
In addition, note the presence of two Gigabit Ethernet ports 10/100/1000 Mbps to allow a wired connection to a LAN.
