Using the computer connected to the router-

  2. Click on ‘Current wireless’. Go to ‘Network properties’ followed by ‘Wi-Fi details’.

Accessing the router using a browser-
This is another method of finding the router’s password. For this, you will have to go to ‘Wireless properties’ using the browser.
  • Connect the router to the computer using the Ethernet cable. There is no need to connect through a wireless medium.
  • If any other device is connected to the router wirelessly, then no need to disconnect it.
  • Open the web browser of your computer and enter the IP address by checking it online. When you enter the official IP address of your router, you will find that the login page appears where you will have to enter the username and password. The default login name and password for your Orbi router is ‘Admin’ and ‘Password’. Otherwise, the IP address can also be checked from the sticker pasted at the back of the hardware.
  • Go to ‘Advanced settings’ from the main settings page of your Orbi router. The main page or the dashboard will open once the login details get verified. From here, all the details can be seen. You can check the Wi-Fi password and username and change it even from the same page itself.
